Look no further for the ultimate in B-series "all motor" technology. We have produced our house brand of pistons called iL4 Pro-Cast pistons. Our iL4 Pro-Cast pistons are cast by the same Industrial Automotive Manufacturer that produces OEM JDM & USDM Honda pistons. The manufacturer has been ISO 9001, ISO 9002 and ISO 14001 approved and registered by commodities inspection bureau of conforming ministry. This is why Honda pistons are of such exceptional quality. Now you can have them in special 81.5mm and 82mm bore size with a Molybednum skirt coating.
We decided to produce these pistons in the USDM Spec ITR and B16A domes, rather than the JDM domes because the compression ratios are also increased each .0010in(.25mm) oversize that you bore. At 81.5mm and 82mm, you can really feel the power difference vs. the usual 81mm or 81.25mm. Combine these iL4 pistons with our thinner headgasket and you'll have one potent compression combination. Our iL4 Performance pistons are awesome when used in any GSR's, LS/VTEC's or ITR motor.
With power and reliability at its finest, you can now have the increased displacement without the thermal expansion headaches a common forged piston gives you. Our iL4 Pro-Cast pistons can be dropped in at OEM piston to wall clearances. Depending on your motor build and desired compression ratio, you can choose between either US Spec ITR or B16A piston domes. This is the only B16A piston to have a "moly" skirt coating. Another Inline Four first!
